I’ve been a little quiet the past couple weeks.
Not because I ran out of things to say… but because I’ve been building something.
Over the last few weeks, I’ve been deep in creating a structured weight loss program based on what I see every day in practice. Not trends, not shortcuts, just what actually works when you understand how the body responds to food, activity, and energy balance.
And honestly, it’s reinforced something I see all the time:
Most people struggling with weight loss are not doing nothing… they’re doing a lot of things that almost work.
There's so many choices with weight loss, people get frustrated
Close enough to feel frustrating.
Not quite right to see consistent results.
So today, I want to get back to posting and start with something simple and useful:
👉 If you feel like you're doing everything right but not losing weight, you're not alone.
There are usually a few key factors getting in the way, and once you identify them, things start to change quickly.
If this sounds familiar, I put together a short, practical guide: “7 Reasons You Are Not Losing Fat.”
I’ll be sharing more of these over the next few weeks, along with a deeper look into the program I’ve been building.
