A structured, evidence-based course built from the same framework I use in clinical practice to support sustainable weight loss and improved metabolic health.
This course is designed to help you understand why weight loss works when it works—and why it often doesn’t—so you can apply strategies that are realistic, durable, and grounded in medical science.
Topics include:
How metabolic health influences weight regulation
The role of protein, fiber, and appetite physiology
Exercise selection for fat loss and long-term health
Why plateaus occur and how to address them
Sustainable strategies for maintaining results
Weight loss considerations for GLP-1 medications, including muscle preservation and long-term outcomes
Course structure note
This course is currently in development. Lessons will be released when enrollment opens.
GLP-1 medications and weight loss
GLP-1 receptor agonists can be effective tools for weight loss when used appropriately. However, without adequate protein intake, resistance training, and attention to metabolic health, a significant portion of weight loss may come from lean muscle mass.
Loss of muscle during weight loss increases the risk of weight regain and can worsen long-term metabolic health. This course includes guidance on how GLP-1 medications fit into a broader framework focused on preserving muscle, supporting metabolism, and maintaining results after medication discontinuation.
The framework used in this course reflects current evidence and real-world clinical application.
